Andrew Tingley is CEO of NLign Analytics, bringing deep experience across aerospace and defense, military aviation, operations, and business strategy.

Prior to joining NLign, Andrew was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s Aerospace & Defense and Operations practices, where he led initiatives spanning military and commercial aerospace production, quality, operational performance, and growth strategy.

Andrew previously served for 10 years as a U.S. Navy officer and combat reconnaissance pilot. During his service, he held leadership roles across aircraft operations and maintenance, flew more than 160 combat reconnaissance missions, and received multiple personal and unit-level decorations.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Ali Uralov is Chief Financial Officer at NLign Analytics, responsible for the company’s finance and corporate operations and supporting its financial strategy, operational discipline, and long-term growth.

Prior to joining NLign, Ali held senior finance leadership roles at technology companies including Veza and Domino Data Lab. At Veza, he helped build and scale the company’s finance and revenue operations functions and supported the company through its acquisition by ServiceNow. His experience spans financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, go-to-market operations, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Ali worked at PwC, where his experience included both Audit and Transaction Services, working with companies on financial due diligence, transaction-related matters, and financial reporting.

Ali has earned the CFA charter and the ACCA accounting qualification and holds a degree from the University of Westminster.

Tom Sharp is an entrepreneur, scientist, engineer, and business leader whose career spans software development, aerospace research, advanced manufacturing, medical diagnostics, and nondestructive inspection.

As Senior Advisor to NLign Analytics, Tom brings decades of technical and commercial experience to the continued development and application of NLign’s technology.

After beginning his career at Random Corporation, where he led hardware and software programs from concept through manufacturing, Tom served as a Visiting Scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory, developing technology to improve the manufacture of carbon-composite aircraft structures.

Following his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Tom co-founded the company that became Etegent. There, he helped secure Department of Defense programs and commercialize inspection technology developed for the U.S. Air Force and Navy—work that ultimately led to NLign.

Tom is an inventor on numerous patents and has published and presented across multiple technical disciplines.

Brian Bahr is Vice President of Operations at NLign Analytics, responsible for the operational systems, processes, and capabilities that support the company’s continued growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in technology and software, Brian has worked across organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises and across industries including banking, energy, telecommunications, government, and aerospace.

Brian joined NLign as a Senior Software Developer, giving him a deep understanding of both the company’s technology and its customers. He has since progressed through the organization to lead its operational activities, overseeing strategic initiatives and helping ensure the business can scale effectively while maintaining a strong focus on execution and customer delivery.

His combination of technical expertise, institutional knowledge, and operational leadership provides an important bridge between NLign’s technology, people, and business priorities.

Nora Grundy is Chief of Staff at NLign Analytics, working across the organization to turn strategic priorities into action and drive alignment across the business.

Partnering closely with NLign’s executive leadership and functional teams, Nora supports strategic planning, product strategy, business operations, and company growth. Since joining NLign, she has held roles across business development and product management, giving her a broad perspective on the company’s technology, customers, and markets.

Before joining NLign, Nora spent more than six years in cybersecurity, with experience spanning federal cybersecurity, incident response, risk management, and privacy. At Venable LLP and AT&T Cybersecurity, she worked with executive leaders, government customers, and cross-functional teams on complex cybersecurity and technology initiatives.

Nora holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University.

Pete Forno is Vice President of Sales at NLign Analytics, leading the company’s go-to-market strategy, sales, strategic partnerships, and market development.

Pete has a strong track record of driving growth and bringing complex technology solutions to market across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. At NLign, he has helped expand relationships with major manufacturers and government programs, develop strategic partnerships, and position the company within the broader digital twin, digital thread, and asset intelligence ecosystem.

His experience spans enterprise sales, business development, strategic account growth, commercialization, and partner ecosystems, with particular expertise in complex, long-cycle sales involving large enterprises and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Prior to NLign, Pete led sales organizations at Secude, Trinity Cyber, Gigamon, Ericsson, Brocade, and Alcatel-Lucent. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Frostburg State University and an MBA from Shenandoah University.

Bob Ayers is Director of Customer Operations at NLign Analytics, overseeing the implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of NLign solutions across the company’s customer base.

A member of the NLign team since 2012, Bob brings decades of experience connecting business requirements with practical technology solutions. His background spans project management, business and systems analysis, software development, quality assurance, enterprise implementation, and client-facing technical leadership.

Throughout his career, Bob has worked with customers, government agencies, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective systems and processes. He has led enterprise implementations and upgrades, supported regulatory and compliance initiatives, delivered product demonstrations and training, and served as a technical resource throughout the sales process.

At NLign, Bob also supports prospective customers and industry initiatives, providing an important link between customer needs, product capabilities, and the wider business.

Joe Kesler is Director of Research at NLign Analytics, leading research and product innovation across emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality.

Joe joined NLign in 2008 as one of the original software developers and architects of the NLign product suite. Since then, he has served as Principal Investigator and lead researcher on numerous Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) programs and Internal Research and Development (IR&D) initiatives, helping translate advanced research into practical capabilities for NLign customers.

Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Uriah Liggett is Principal Software Engineer at NLign Analytics, bringing more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, system design, problem analysis, and requirements development.

Since joining NLign, Uriah has played a key role in the design and development of the NLign product suite and in solving complex data challenges associated with aircraft sustainment and life-extension programs.

His work has included significant contributions to as-sustained aircraft digital twins, helping organizations connect and manage manufacturing, inspection, and sustainment data across the asset lifecycle.

Uriah is an inventor on eight issued U.S. patents and one European patent relating to the management of manufacturing and sustainment data.
