Airbus picks ATK to manufacture composite wing cover stringers

Airbus has selected ATK to manufacture composite wing cover stringers for its A400M Military Transport Aircraft. For those of you that aren’t familiar with the A400M, it is a four engine military transport aircraft developed by Airbus Military. The contract between Airbus and ATK calls for 122 aircraft wing cover stringers per aircraft for 180 aircraft. To read more, please click here.
